Frequently Asked Questions

  • There are our recommended sizes for common locations:

    • Left Chest: 4x4

    • Full Front: 10.5 x 16

    • Full Back: 11 x 16

  • Unfortunately no. For safety and to ensure absolute quality, we are happy to source your apparel for you.

  • No. As long as the art file does not need changed in any way.  Please be aware, sometimes art files need to be changed if you are changing the apparel it is being printed on. If there is a change needing to be made, we will happily reach out to let you know.

  • Our standard turnaround times are:

    • 7 days for screen print

    • 10 days for embroidery (With Art file provided. 

    If we are producing the art file the turnaround time may vary depending on the design.

  • The minimum number of pieces required to place an order is 24 (unless it’s a promo product; their minimum piece requirement ranges by product).

  • This can sometimes happen if there is a sourcing issue. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team or your AE and we will be happy to reprint or refund you the difference.

  • To keep cost down for our customers, we use as few screens as possible. Please refer to Art & Apparel Size Guide for more information on this topic.

  • We accept the following file formats:

    VECTOR: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG

    PHOTO: PSD, JPG, TIFF, PNG

  • For screen print, our max amount of colors is 9. For embroidery the max is 15. We also offer digital printing which allows for even more colors.

  • We can embroider up to 13 x 10. However, we cannot embroider dense designs that cover a lot of surface area.  We recommend selecting designs with thin graphics. There is a max of 15 thread colors per design.  Price is determined by thread count. Oversized Embroidery may affect turnaround times.
